The Suites · Sleeping sixteen

Seven rooms, none alike.

Canopies, frescoes, chandeliers and lime-washed beams — and a private bathroom behind every door. The independence of a private floor, the service of a hotel.

The double-height suite, its chandelier and white spiral staircase
Plate I · Under the chandelier

A loft reached by a spiral staircase.

The tallest room in the house: five metres of air, a crystal chandelier hanging from the old beams, and a white cast-iron staircase climbing to its own loft — a hideout the children will fight over.

The wooden canopy bed under old beams
Plate II · The canopy room

A carved bed under three-hundred-year-old beams.

The wooden canopy bed anchors the room; around it, antique wardrobes and windows that open onto the village rooftops.

Plate III · The carved room

Headboards carved a century ago.

Twin carved headboards under the chandelier, an antique wardrobe, and a chequered floor that catches the morning light.

Plate IV · The attic rooms

Beams, stone, linen and quiet.

Under the roof, lime-washed beams meet a bare stone arch; linen on the beds, lanterns on the walls, the village silent below. A stone stair connects the floors — every room keeps its own key.

Walk-in shower under sloping beams, towels on lit shelves
A bathroom with stone-toned tiles
Plate V · The bathrooms

Eleven bathrooms. No waiting.

Every room has its own: walk-in showers under the original beams, stone-toned tiles, warm light, towels stacked and ready.
